Our beans are hand-picked at 1,800m, sun-dried on raised beds, and grown with smoke-based pest control instead of chemicals. The Velásquez García family has farmed this land for decades.

Even our sustainability is a little imperfect. We're not saving the planet, just trying not to mess it up more than necessary.
