At Mal Artista, we ship with intention. Every order is prepared carefully so it reaches you fresh, intact, and ready to fuel your process.

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Orders placed after business hours or during high-demand periods may experience slight delays.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Any applicable taxes and shipping fees will be displayed before completing your purchase.
Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times vary depending on the shipping option selected and carrier performance.
Typical delivery times range from 4–7 business days after shipment, but delays may occur due to factors outside our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
Mal Artista is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Additional shipping fees may apply if a package needs to be re-shipped.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Mal Artista is not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.
If your package is lost in transit or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist you in working with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
Shipping Damage
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

We will review the claim and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
