At Mal Artista, every product is handled with intention and care. We want you to feel confident with your purchase and satisfied with every order.

Coffee Products (Final Sale)

Due to health and safety regulations, all coffee products are final sale.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on coffee once it has been shipped, whether opened or unopened.

This policy complies with U.S. food safety standards and helps ensure product integrity for all customers.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To process your request, you must provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed and approved, we will offer a replacement or a refund, at our discretion.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Mal Artista is not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier but reported as lost or stolen.
However, if your package is lost in transit or arrives severely damaged, we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier and work with you to find a fair solution.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Coffee products (food items)

  • Items marked as Final Sale

  • Gift cards

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
