Subscription Policy
Our subscription service allows you to receive regular deliveries of products on a recurring basis. You may modify, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our customer service team.
Billing and Renewal
Your subscription will renew automatically on the date specified at purchase. We will charge your payment method on file each renewal cycle. You are responsible for maintaining current and accurate payment information. If a payment fails, we will attempt to process it again, and your subscription may be suspended if payment cannot be collected.
Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time without penalty. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. Refunds for partial billing periods are not provided unless required by law. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for services already rendered.
Changes to Terms and Pricing
We reserve the right to modify subscription terms, pricing, and features with thirty days' notice. Continued use of your subscription following notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. If you do not accept changes, you may cancel before the effective date.
